Open communication, quick results, easy process! As a first time homebuyer, some concepts didnt come as quickly for me and there were some misunderstandings, but overall a great experience for my first house!
is amazing at hopping on the phone with buyers and explaining all of their options to them in a way that they will understand!

A phone call or video meeting at the beginning of the refinance, explaining what we could expect during this process that related specifically to our contract would have been most helpful.
