Jason Bochniak and his team called and emailed me every step of the way and if I had a question they answered me almost immediately. They were very kind, understanding and professional.
I was told in the beginning that the process is lengthy and time consuming. I guess they overdid it because I didn't find it so troublesome as they had made me believe. Maybe they we re just too good in navigating me through the maze.
Jason was very patient and thorough throughout the entire process. He was accessible to me and my family, which was very helpful as a first time home owner.
