Better communication and too much reliance on automation. Honestl, AI systems could handle better. We found out less than 24 hours before close from closing agent that there was a problem. Closing delayed one day. Then 38 documents were sent...

Everything was amazing exexcept for 1 thing. At the end I got charged $305.00 for a "translato/interpreter" fee, I services that was not requested nor used. When I brought this up, not only I did not get a refun, I didn't get a reaponse either....
