Everything was communicated well and went smoothly.
Everything was very easy to understand and we received so much assistance. Being beginners and not understanding anything was very discouraging but Jason assured us everything was going to be okay.

I am glad to receive your response. How can I better improve myself to a 5-star rating experience?
Better communication, clear and concise would’ve been nice and notifying me sooner than the day before about what I need to get done, etc.

Jason kept in constant contact with me during the whole process and answered any questions I had and didn't make me feel stupid for asking. I know he did his hardest to get me and my family into our home. Awesome experience..
