Does not return calls. Zero support!
I’ve was assigned to this agent after mine left All State. This office has not returned one phone call; they are completely unresponsive. Given their lack of customer service & rising rates, I’m shopping for different insurance.
Always helpful
The only 2 reasons I stick with this agent are because of the premiums and Susan in his office is a Godsend!!
Rates keep climbing for no legitimate reason, very hard to get ahold of anyone or get a response to an inquiry.
No customer service at all. Even when you call all you get is voicemail. Had to call customer service to get help. About to change company. Would not recommend.
