I had a problem understanding what this insurance was because of the amount that was being taken out of my account and the name on my statement. I called, and the agent helped me understand everything that was going on. She was wonderful.

Great protection but they should offer life policies too

Once I was directed to the right people, e conocheck (if you need to find their services....note both spellings) my issue was corrected immediately. Good folks.

This place acts as an administrator for an insurance company. I called with a simple problem but they offered me no solution. I cancelled my policy.
