Good all around experience. Jarod was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and friendly.
Knowledge of the product. Try to gather information on time. Quick response including answering the phone. Always keep the clients benefits in mind.
Jarod was amazing. He kept me informed throughout the process. He was especially helpful during the government shutdown when our closing date got postponed until the government re-opened.
