Jared was knowledgeable and professional.
The Reverse mortgage process was more "involved" than I expected but Jared did a good job of steering me through it
The underwriter was too picky in regards to what repairs needed to be done and hence, this whole process got dragged out longer than I feel it should have.

The overall performance of the advisor explained everything I didn’t understand more than one time and he was very kind and considerate I would recommend him to friends and family

Easy! Not a problem at all.
I know it's not in your control, but HUD insisted on a second appraisal (which I had to pay for) which delayed the process by 2 weeks. Also the need for a picture of a crawl space delayed another 2 weeks.
