All questions answered in a timely manner. Informed every step of the process
Not being forced to pay for two appraisals which added $650 cost for us. Not basing the credit line on the lowest of the two which lessened our line if credit.
When 1st asked the value of our home we just guessed & did not realize we were being held to that amount. We had to pay for two appraisals. why?
The experience took a bit longer than I thought it would but I am happy with the whole experience.
