Even though things didn't close when expected and ended up paying another house payment, and still don't understand what the delay was in appraisal, Jared was easy to work with.
Mike Rou , kept me well informed of how the loan application was progressing and also answered the phone every time I called. Overall It was much better getting the refinance than it was getting out home through the previous lean Holder.
