When Jared got involved things got done. Unfortunately his support team was largely unresponsive and did not keep me apprised adequately. This process drug on for 5 1/2 months. There's only so much you can blame on Covid.
We have a complicated situation. Jared helped us navigate the requirements for us to close at a great rate, saving us hundreds of dollars per month.
