Very friendly and informative.
Jared gave great advice throughout the loan process and kept me up to date as to the process and what needed to be done. A very smooth process.
Jared is my go to guy. His service and knowledge are at the to of his profession. If you look for a person that can lesson to you needs and then work hard to surpass you needs, then he is worth a try.
Jared was the calm in the storm....when the owner died just a couple days before closure the first time, Jared stayed on top of things and got us through Probate and all the stress that comes with this kind of situation.....
We had some problem but Jared hung in there and eventually resolved everything. He is an excellant communicator.

He was amazing and very knowledgable about the VA loan process, as well as processed us and gave us the clear to close within 7 days!
Jared made our loan work when a military Bank turned us down in the final underwriting phase with 30 days to go till closing date. Our realtor put us in contact with Jared and he got us to the end within 7 days of contacting him on less income...
