I have no complaints. At all times Jared was friendly, professional, polite, etc. I felt he was always looking out for me for the best deal possible. I am totally satisfied and will not hesitate recommending Jared and Fairway to anyone.
He kept us well informed during the entire process and told us what to expect next. He never made us feel like any of our questions were too small or too unimportant. Our refinance went as quickly as we had expected .
