Property appraisal was much better than from JP Morgan.
I received the rate promised.
Rocket and Morgan tried to raise rates after loan almost completed and much time wasted.
Janna was always willing and quick to help me or answer any questions that I had throughout the loan process. I would definatly recommend her to anyone who wants to make a smooth transition through the refi process.
