I don't feel all the fees that came out of pocket were expressed.
To Janine's credit, she did apologize and then explained it was not from them and worked something out for me.

It was a very pleasant and professional experience
Being a busy administrator, i really appreciated all the digital communication and authorization forms. It saved me a ton of time, and was able to complete the sometimes overwhelming amount of documents needed for a mortgage.
