She was helpful every step of our home buying process. I would recommend her to anyone, especially any first time home buyers which what we were. She helped us find the home of our dreams.
I had a wonderful experience with Janine in my home buying process. I had purchased a double home side by side that I had even asked Janine to help find tenants for the other side. She was with me every step of the way.
Janine never showed up to our closing, despite saying the night before she’d be there. She had no negotiation skills and wouldn’t put bids in that we requested. She’d say they were too low of bids and then the house would sell for even lower....
