Getting the names on the loan documents correct, the first time, makes a huge impression. Getting the name wrong makes one feel like a 'number', not a customer.
Janet and her team were very prompt to answer questions and explain everything that was going on each step of the process. Very thorough and accurate as well as extremely pleasant to work with.
