Bio Jan lives in Redlands and is the Broker/Owner of Hudson Realty. Jan is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute as well as an official Pricing Strategy Advisor, certified by the National Association of Realtors. Jan is a California Association of Realtors State Director, Past President, East Valley Association of Realtors (EVAR), Chair of EVAR Local Candidate Recommendation Committee, Multi-term C.A.R. State Director, 2020 C.A.R. Region 15 Chair. Jan supports her industry in a variety of ways - she is a National Association of Realtors Federal Political Coordinator for Congressmen Pete Aguilar and former Political Key Contact for Assemblyman Marc Steinorth, 2017 President of the East Valley Association of Realtors (EVAR), and the Chair of EVAR's Local Candidate Recommendation Committee.
