When I asked Jamie for breakdowns he offered to even explain over the phone to make sure things were clarified and we understood what we needed.
Ease of communication and willingness to answer all questions in a timely fashion.
Very available for questions and didn't mind that we asked the same questions over again. Never felt like I was bothering. Was provided up to the date information often so had very few questions anyways.
