It was more than great. I’m the worrier in our family where as my husband is more laid back. You took the time to answer all my questions, so that I knew we were going into our new home with no worries. You are truly a blessing.
All my questions were answered. They took the time to explain the process to me in a way that covered questions I didn’t even know I would have. They always answered the phone or returned calls in a quick professional manner.
Communication. The only email approach was by far my form communicating. I prefer a phone call. In the future I would like a schedule time to call once or twice a week if just to explain things.
