Nothing needed to change, it wasn’t great service or unpleasant. There was nothing wrong. Little interaction was done or was needed. Helped when needed.
I was happy that I could complete everything online, no matter what location I was at any given time. I didn’t even have to leave my house for the paperwork to be signed.
Amazed at how quickly this process completed. Less than 1 month. My own bank of 19 years, could not give as good a rate or as quick a process!
