Great service, website slightly confusing.
James was easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for refinance their home. My transaction was very smooth, and closed earlier than expected.
When the process got into the hands of Sandra. She was very helpful and took the time to discuss things with me.
Some challenges in arriving at the closing date but loan ended up being as quoted.
