James is very knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way on 2 separate occasions. He answered every question we had and explained every detail making the entire process very smooth. Highly recommended!

There was major lack of communication and unnecessary delays, resulting in a refi taking 6 months to close. We would have gone with another lender except Title work was already submitted to Amerisave.
