very responsive and helpful
very easy and went quickly
James was very quick and efficient. He responded to all our questions and was willing to answer our questions.
Overall it was a thorough process. The only issue I had was I had to submit paperwork several times. The same paperwork 3 different ways, several times. It became frustrating at times.
James was amazing, as was the appraiser! Thank you!
The fact that I will be free of Bills and Mr.Warner was very helpful gave outstanding customer service he answered all my questions.I was very pleased with out come.
