James made the process easy to understand and complete. He is not condescending like others I have worked with in the past. Sometimes, numbers are numbers but they do not represent the whole pictures.
Very easy to work with. James and Maya get things done quickly and closing is always easy.
Very smooth process, no last minute document requests on closing day. In fact, I think James had everything ready to go over a week ahead of closing.
