James had a fantastic communication throughout the process, we were ready to close prior to the contract date, the pre qualification was seamless, therefore there was no surprises during the loan process.

I could always get a hold of James, he was always available for me and my questions. Buying a first home is extremely nerve wrecking and many questions come up. I was lucky to have someone like James.
James was on point from the second the buyer was engaging on our listing. He was easy to reach and met every deadline. He was totally on on top of everything. Smooth transaction!!
