James went above and beyond with professional and timely communication, including going way out of his way by speaking to my mother (across 3 time zones) in order to get my brother to sign off on necessary paper work.

After everything, they didn’t fund anything in time. Did an awful job explaining anything. James is a salesman who leaves you to dry once he’s closed the sale.
