Every time I call the guy, he picks up. Always available with the right answers and solutions to the mortgage process. I came to Jim with a complicated rehab loan with only a certain amount of assets for closing. He made it work. Highly recommended....

As a first-time home buyer, Jim was extremely patient and responsive. He really made the process understandable and less stressful. He is honest and is truly there to help. I would use Jim again in a heartbeat when it comes time to upgrade!
