Lots of repeatative follow up on requests already fulfilled. Associate assigned to my file was not very knowledgeable. Delays and lack of communication to my agent and the seller's agent caused lots of frustration.

James was informational and helpful . any questions I had he answered and if he did not answer the phone he got back to me in a decent amount of time .

flexibility, his team adjusted to my work schedule. and there was enough follow up to get things done but not overwhelming :)

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional and while I felt I might be pestering them they always said I was not and call anytime.
