the communication was better than I expected, and most documents needed to be signed was done through the app which I loved for easy access. They helped me understand everything I needed to pay for and broke it down for me. great service!

They didn’t apply my payment properly. The mortgage company they sold me to had been a nightmare. I wish I never went thru w this. James wasn’t helpful, got a lower rate but that’s it. Closing was messed up the attorney didn’t show waited an...
