James and his team were easy to work with and extremely responsive. It was also easy to understand what the process was, what information they needed from us, and timelines. We were able to plan things accordingly because of that.
Great but survey reminders are too many
Everyone was nice and helpful and answered any question I had. James and his team were very attentive and responded in a timely manner. As a first time home buyer James and his team’s experience made it an overall easy and smooth process.
James was always available even doing late hours . He went above and beyond. His supporting team did a great job getting all ready for a quick close. Well done
