It took a little bit of time to get all the paperwork from the buyer but it all worked out in the end and it closed.

I liked the entire process other than the realtor Amy that they recommended. I found her rude and very disrespectful and unprofessional and would not recommend her to anyone

I like how he maximized the 6% Seller concession for the Buyer's.

James and Sunee were great. James delayed his surgery to make sure we stayed on track. Thank goodness he did, because when he was out for a day or two it was hard to get a response. James and Sunee were great!
