James was very good at communicating throughout the entire transaction and despite a slight hiccup, him and his team still managed to get is closed out in time.

More proactive communication and enagement. Also more use of written communication via email, not text.Also, I found many mistakes and had to get them corrected often. Not something a first time homebuyer needs as it caused unnecessary stress....

James was very professional yet made the experiece feel personal . With a few hurdles to cross in this process James made my wife and I feel at ease throughout the whole process. Hames is someone I would recommend to others ten fold.
