JAMES WAS GREAT AT COMMUNICATION. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME PURCHASING A HOME, AND HE MADE IT VERY CLEAR WHAT WAS NEEDED. HIS EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION IS ESSENTIAL IN THIS FIELD.
