What a poor choice I made when I got into business with these people!!!! They are sharks!!!!! I would highly advise not doing business with them!!! Especially if it’s your first home!!!!!!:((((

Horribly disappointing experience with this mortgage company. Bad customer service and completely lacking basic communication skills. There was an issue with my pre-approval AFTER I already sold my current home, and they didn't even bother...

They are extremely helpful to Everything I needed. Amazing group of people

Derek is awesome, will explain the process and not make you feel unintelligent like I've experienced with other mortgage companies. He has gone above and beyond for us even on holiday weekends. Wouldn't recommend anyone else besides Cross Country...
