James and his entire team excelled and communication. Not only explaining what was happening but also what WAS GOING to be happening in the near future. This takes a significant amount of stress out of the process.

James was able to get us a loan that we did not think was possible. We had a tricky file with the proceeds from sale going to the purchase. Income from a newer job and a home business and the team was able to bring it home. Thanks very much!...
