I was a first time buyer, he walked me through the steps, answered any and all questions, very honest and friendly. It was an excellent non stressful interaction

The Company's patience in dealing with COVID-19 holding up window installation & credit being locked down. But, it all worked out as my husband wanted even though it took longer than it should have.
