It was a difficult escrow. Thought there were delays on the buyers side despite Seller issues. Realize it was a busy time for all concerned.
The transaction was not a simple one. Jamaica had the knowledge and expertise to resolve insurance questions from the lender.
My wife did most of the communication, so I don't have much input, but we were happy with the service.
Communication was slow.
