Jake is very easy to work with
Jake and his team really went above and beyond to make this a very simple process. We are very thankful for that. Best experience I've ever had in house buying.
We originally agreed to a builder incentive that was left off the closing documents that we had to bring to your attention. Also, the final loan amount was incorrect on the closing documents and had to be revised the day before closing.
It was simple and communicate was excellent.
We had an agreement early on about matching the $1,000 closing cost lender incentive that the builder was offering. It was left of the preliminary closing disclosure and needed to be reworked. The lender had the wrong sales price on the closing...
