Great communication. Took the time to explain steps and to get us through any little bumps along the way which made it less stressful.
1)Better communication
2)Asked for identical documents multiple times, seemed unorganized.
3)Never having the numbers correct on documents increased stress of not knowing what the the final costs would be. Left us feeling uneasy.
