Loved how documents could be signed online and notarized. However, the new portal needs some kinks worked out. It wasn't user friendly.

Jake was a rockstar. He successfully closed a loan fike in 15 days that was FHA with conditions that came back on appraisal. I work with a lot of great lenders and I dont know that they could have accomplished what Jake did!
