Overall, great service and smooth closing.
Jake was great throughout the entire proces. As first time homebuyers he took the time to explain various details , alway responded fast and was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the process!

Jake did a fantastic job of getting my loan, my rate, the down payment I wanted and some grant money in a short amount of time. He came through for me and made it easy and quick. I would do this again 100%!
