Jake was very responsive and helpful with every and any questions . He made the whole process, which was very foreign to us, incredibly easy !
Jake and his team updated me and my clients each step of the way. They were able to explain documents and answer any questions we had in a timely manner.
The closing date had to be delayed resulting in an out of pocket expenses in the form of changes to flights and hotels.
