Jamie is very knowledgeable and kind. You can tell she really loves what she does.
Jaime was extremely helpful! This was my first home loan and she was very diligent in making sure I understood the process and very personable as well. I recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth loan process.
The only part that was frustrating was not a staff issue. It was more of the process and the requirements of the loan type. The jumping through hoops for items that really did not impact the value of the house appraisal was frustrating.
Jamie was able to get us an amazing rate and answered any questions we had about the process in a timely manner. Thanks for a great experience!
