Jae was very good at answering all my questions in a way I could understand, she is very diligent, and a pleasant person to talk to. The whole process was very streamlined.
Everything went smooth, we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process.
Jae made the approach of refinancing very understandable and seamless! No worries at all being cared for by her!
Jae is always thorough in explaining all of your options and next steps as you progress through the process. She makes anything related to the mortgage process a total piece of cake!
