I have used Jae and Alcovoa for 2 house purchases and a refi over the last 10 years. At every turn Jae and her team were very clear and helpful! Alcova had a helpful app to upload documents and pictures of documents right off of my phone.

Jae was informative and always answered my questions. She went out of her way to make sure I was investing my money in a property that I loved and wasn't going to financially drain me. She worked to get me the lowest rates and prices possible....
