    The discounts/lender credits I received. Also that they were able to match the low interest rate that my credit union initially offered. What could have been GREATER? This is in NO WAY a reflection on Jacoby, he was great. BUT...The refinance...

    We had to work with the current lenders for our first and HELOC and get them both to coordinate their information at the same time. Mr Jenkins and his associates were persistent and got both lenders to communicate in a timely manner.
