Super friendly, personable and quick conversations that were not long and drawn out. Jake knew what he was doing and therefore was able to build that trust upfront.

Jake O'Donnell was very professional and pleasant to work with. He is very honest, authentic and made the loan process very simple and seamless. Would highly recommend Jake and LoanPal if you're in the market to refinance.
