Timely responses to questions & always available. Very personable while maintaining professionalism.
As a first time home buyer I had many questions for Jacob. He was always ready to answer anything that came up even if it wasn't in business hours. You can tell how much he loves his job and truly wants to make each of his clients happy!
Jacob Naylors communication made it great. He responded to my questions, no matter how stupid, all times of day.
Jacobs communication was fantastic and he was always on top of everything going on with my loan!
