Jacob had good communication and got the loan through underwriting and was ready to close before anyone else was ready to close.
I had full communication with Jacob the entire transaction!
Jake was a very helpful advisor and he sat down to talk about the important aspects one on one with me. He didn't try to just get me a mortgage, he tried to help me understand my mortgage.
Jacob did an amazing job, and we would most definitely use him in the future.
He was great at keeping in touch and letting everyone know what's going on.
Open and constant communication was a huge plus. Also being able to do, mostly everything, over the phone or email was a huge benefit.
